Enhanced Longevity. In any three (3) consecutive years following the completion of twenty (20) years of service in the field of education with the Somerset or Somerset Berkley Public Schools, a bargaining unit member has the option of augmenting his/her salary by $500.00 a year. In any three (3) consecutive years following the completion of twenty-five (25) years of service in the field of education with the Somerset or Somerset Berkley Public Schools, a bargaining unit member has the option of augmenting his/her salary by $833.33 a year. An eligible employee shall be allowed to select either the twenty year augmented longevity benefit or the twenty-five year augmented longevity benefit, but not both. Enhanced Longevity. For any employee who previously selected enhanced longevity, the following still applies: A Unit E member’s right to receive regular longevity payments referenced in Section 1 above and any sick leave buy-back under Section 10 of Article 5 will cease upon exercising the three-year option set forth herein.

  • Enhanced Services The State encourages the Contractor to cover programs that enhance the general health and well-being of its Hoosier Healthwise members, including programs that address preventive health, risk factors or personal responsibility. These enhanced programs and services are above and beyond those covered in the Hoosier Healthwise program. In addition, all enhanced services shall comply with the member incentives guidelines set forth in Section 6.2.2 and other relevant state and federal rules regarding inducements. All enhanced services offered by the Contractor must be pre-approved by OMPP prior to initiating such services. Enhanced services may include, but are not limited to, such items as:

  • Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) 5.3.1 EELs are combinations of Loops and Dedicated Transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements.   • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply:

  • Maintenance Plan Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.
