Enhanced Extended Links (EELs). 5.3.1 EELs are combinations of Loops and Dedicated Transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide <<customer_short_name>> with EELs where the underlying Network Element are available and are required to be provided pursuant to this Agreement and in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicable.
