ENDORSEMENT OF DOCUMENTS. The Consultant will endorse and seal all final draft reports, contract plans, maps, right of way plats, and special provisions for construction contract documents. Such endorsements must be made by a person, duly licensed or registered in the appropriate category by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation of the state of Illinois, being employed by the Consultant and responsible for the portion of the services for which license registration is required. These sealed documents will serve as the record documents for the services covered by the terms of the Agreement.

ENDORSEMENT OF DOCUMENTS. At the request of Agent, all documents, agreements and instruments evidencing any of the Intercompany Subordinated Debt, if any, shall be endorsed with a legend noting that such documents and instruments are subject to this Subordination Agreement, and each Company shall promptly deliver to Agent evidence of the same.

If a Contract includes a charge for extended warranty protection or for a service contract offered by or through Dealer, Dealer agrees to repurchase the Contract from FSF upon demand for the amount of the unpaid balance if a claim or defense is asserted under the warranty or service contract and Dealer is not able to resolve the dispute with the Buyer within ninety (90) days of the oldest unpaid installment.

  • Certification of Documents The required copy of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Fund and copies of all amendments thereto will be certified by the appropriate official of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and if such Agreement and Declaration of Trust and amendments are required by law to be also filed with a county, city or other officer or official body, a certificate of such filing will appear on the certified copy submitted to Service Company. A copy of the order or consent of each governmental or regulatory authority required by law for the issuance of Fund shares will be certified by the Secretary or Clerk of such governmental or regulatory authority, under proper seal of such authority. The copy of the Bylaws and copies of all amendments thereto and copies of resolutions of the Board of Trustees of Fund will be certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Fund.

  • Execution of Documents Unless otherwise specified, all Credit Documents and all other certificates executed in connection therewith must be signed by a Responsible Officer.
