Examples of Release of Documents in a sentence

  • After any Liquidation, the Servicer must complete and send a Request for Release of Documents to the Custodian to ensure the release of documents within the period required by applicable state law.

  • Upon receipt of such Request for Release of Documents, the Trustee (or the Custodian as the case may be) shall promptly release the related Mortgage File, in trust to (i) the Servicer, or (ii) such other party identified in the related Request for Release.

  • The fuels examined are: compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied petroleum gases (LPG - principally propane), methanol from natural gas, ethanol from cellulosic feedstocks, and electricity (i.e. electric vehicles).

  • Upon receipt of such Request for Release of Documents, the Trustee shall promptly release the related Mortgage File within three (3) Business Days via overnight mail delivery (at the expense of the Servicer), in trust, to (i) the Servicer, or (ii) such other party identified in the related Request for Release.

  • The Servicer shall return to the Custodian the Custodial File when the Servicer’s need therefor in connection with such foreclosure or servicing no longer exists, unless the Mortgage Loan shall be liquidated in which case, upon receipt of an additional Request for Release of Documents and receipt certifying such liquidation in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 3, the request and receipt submitted pursuant to the first sentence of this Section 7 shall be released by the Custodian to the Servicer.

  • Schedule of Documents means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Sale Agreement, the Funding Agreement and the other Related Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached as Annex Y to the Funding Agreement and the Sale Agreement.

  • Spin-Off Documents means the Separation and Distribution Agreement, the Indemnity Agreement, the Transition Services Agreement, the Tax Matters Agreement, the Employee Matters Agreement, the Intellectual Property Agreement and the Trademark License Agreement and the documents evidencing Indebtedness in respect of the Distribution Date Payment and the Post-Distribution Debt Payment, together with any other agreements, instruments or other documents entered into in connection with any of the foregoing, each as amended from time to time.

  • Cooperative Agreement means a Financial Assistance instrument used by DOE to transfer money or property when the principal purpose of the transaction is to accomplish a public purpose of support or stimulation authorized by Federal statute, and Substantial Involvement (see definition below) is anticipated between DOE and the Applicant during the performance of the contemplated activity.

  • Documents includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced.

  • Confidentiality Agreements is defined in Section 5.5(e) hereof.

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Articles of Agreement means the Articles of Agreement of the Bank.

  • Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.

  • Privileged Information Exception With respect to any Privileged Information, at any time (a) such Privileged Information becomes generally available and known to the public other than as a result of a disclosure directly or indirectly by the party restricted from disclosing such Privileged Information (the “Restricted Party”), (b) it is reasonable and necessary for the Restricted Party to disclose such Privileged Information in working with legal counsel, auditors, taxing authorities or other governmental agencies, (c) such Privileged Information was already known to such Restricted Party and not otherwise subject to a confidentiality obligation and/or (d) the Restricted Party is (in the case of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Operating Advisor, the Certificate Administrator, any affected Serviced Companion Loan Holder, the Trustee and the Asset Representations Reviewer, as evidenced by an Officer’s Certificate (which shall include a certification that it is based on the advice of counsel) delivered to each of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the applicable Directing Holder, the applicable Consulting Parties, the Operating Advisor, the Certificate Administrator, the Trustee and the Asset Representations Reviewer) required by law, rule, regulation, order, judgment or decree to disclose such information.

  • Letter of Intent means the intimation by a letter / email / fax to the bidder that the tender has been accepted in accordance with provision contained in that letter. The responsibility of the contractor commences from the date of issue of this letter and all the terms and conditions of contract are applicable from this date.

  • Separation and Distribution Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Protected record means a record that is classified protected as provided by Section 63G-2-305.
