Employment; Employment Period. The Company shall employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on the date on which Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 4 hereof (the “Employment Period”). The place of employment of Executive shall be the principal executive offices and corporate headquarters of the Company and Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Acadia”), which, during the Employment Period, shall be located in Xxxxxxxxxx County, Tennessee.
Employment; Employment Period. (a) On the Effective Date, the Company shall employ the Executive, and the Executive will be employed by the Company, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for the period set forth below (the “Employment Period”). During the Employment Period, Executive shall be an employee of the Company for all purposes and will not be an independent contractor.
Employment; Employment Period. Effective as of the Effective Date, the Company shall employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Employment Period”), except that the Employment Period shall automatically renew on the same terms and conditions set forth herein as modified from time to time by the parties hereto for additional one-year periods beginning on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Effective Date and on each successive anniversary date unless the Company gives Executive written notice of its election not to extend the Employment Period at least sixty (60) days prior to any such renewal date, and the Employment Period may be earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. Except as expressly set forth (and subject to the conditions) in Section 4(b), no severance or other compensation shall be payable for periods after the Employment Period (including any renewal periods) expires because it has not been renewed or is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Effective as of the Effective Date, the Company shall employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Effective Date; provided, that, this Agreement shall automatically renew on the same terms and conditions set forth herein, as modified from time to time by the parties hereto, for additional one (1)-year periods beginning on the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Effective Date and on each successive anniversary date thereafter, unless either party gives the other party written notice of such party’s election not to extend the term of this Agreement at least sixty (60) days prior to any such renewal date, and provided, further, that this Agreement may be earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. Except as expressly set forth (and subject to the conditions) in Section 4(b), no other compensation shall be payable for periods after this Agreement expires because it has not been renewed or has been terminated in accordance with its terms. The period of time between the Effective Date and the termination of Executive’s employment hereunder shall be referred to herein as the “Employment Period.”

(a)The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ the Executive as Chief Financial Officer, and the Executive hereby agrees to such employment, during the period and upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and will remain in effect through October 31, 2025 (the “Employment Period”).
Employment; Employment Period. As of the Effective Date, the Company shall continue to employ Employee, and Employee accepts continued employment with the Company upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and ending as provided in Section 5 (the “Employment Period”). Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Company or Employee may terminate Employee’s employment with the Company for any reason or for no reason at any time in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.
Employment; Employment Period. The Corporation shall employ the Executive to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of Xxxxxx Group Holdings, Inc. for an "evergreen" period of twelve months, meaning that the remaining term of this Agreement shall at all times be twelve months, provided that either Xxxxxx Group Holdings, Inc. or the Executive may terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 6. The term of this Agreement, as in effect from time to time, and subject to termination as provided in Section 6, is referred to herein as the "Employment Period."

The Company shall continue to employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts continued employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning as of January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2021 (the “Employment Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive’s employment hereunder may be earlier terminated in accordance with (and subject to) Section 4 hereof. The place of employment of Executive shall be the principal executive offices and corporate headquarters of the Company and Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Acadia”), which, during the Employment Period, shall be located in Xxxxxxxxxx County, Tennessee. Executive will spend substantially all Executive’s business time in the Xxxxxxxxxx County, Tennessee corporate office (other than while traveling for business purposes).
Employment; Employment Period. (a) The Company hereby agrees to employ the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts such employment by the Company as the Company's Chief Technology Officer for the period commencing on the date hereof (the "Commencement Date") and continuing until terminated in accordance with the terms hereof (the "Employment Period"). The Employment Period shall be at least eighteen (18) months unless terminated earlier pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in Section 5.
Employment; Employment Period. (a) The Company hereby agrees to hire and employ the Executive as Chief Financial Officer, and the Executive hereby agrees to such employment, during the period and upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and will remain in effect until the third anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Employment Period”), provided that the Employment Period shall be automatically extended for additional one year terms unless either the Company or Executive provides the other party with notice of non-renewal at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the Employment Period.
