No Severance. In the event Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company at any time for Cause, or Employee terminates his employment without Good Reason, or the parties mutually terminate their employment relationship, Employee will not be entitled to any Severance Benefits, pay in lieu of notice, or any other severance, compensation, benefits, equity, acceleration, or any other amounts, with the exception of any benefit to which Employee has a vested right under a written benefit plan.
No Severance. In the event that Executive’s employment is terminated for any reason other than those outlined in Sections 2 or 3, then Executive shall have no right to any of the severance payments and benefits provided under this Agreement.
No Severance. In the event Executive voluntarily terminates his employment, he will not be entitled to Severance Benefits, pay in lieu of notice or any other such compensation.

Upon termination of Executive's employment for any reason, the Company will have no severance obligation under this Agreement other than (i) as specifically provided in Section 5, and (ii) for payment of accrued but unpaid compensation, vacation and expenses. Executive may, however, be entitled to severance benefits in accordance with one or more separate written severance agreements with the Company.
