Common use of Employment; Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Employment; Employment Period. The Company shall employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on the date on which Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 4 hereof (the “Employment Period”). The place of employment of Executive shall be the principal executive offices and corporate headquarters of the Company and Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Acadia”), which, during the Employment Period, shall be located in Xxxxxxxxxx County, Tennessee.
