Business Time definition

Business Time means all your business time but excludes time that you may spend in respect of (A) serving on charitable or civic boards or committees, (B) serving on corporate boards on which you serve on the date hereof and have disclosed to the Company and committees of such boards, (C) with the approval of the Board of Managers of the Company, serving on other corporate boards or committees, (D) delivering lectures, fulfilling speaking engagements now or hereafter made, or teaching at educational institutions, (E) managing your personal and family investments, including family trusts, entities and fiduciary positions and (F) devoting time to comply with his direct and indirect obligations to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy L.P. under agreements in effect on the date hereof and disclosed to the Company, so long as such activities do not significantly interfere with the performance and fulfillment of your duties and responsibilities to the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries and, in the case of the activities described in clauses (C) and (E) of this proviso, will not, in the good faith judgment of the Board of Managers of the Company, constitute an actual or potential conflict of interest with the business of the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries.
Business Time means time accounted for based only on Normal Hours of Operation. One Business Time day shall be accounted for in one-half day increments. That is, a Business Day includes the entire day if the call is placed prior to Noon on that day, but one-half day if the call is placed after Noon on that day.
Business Time means, on the average, forty (40) hours per week.

Examples of Business Time in a sentence

  • Union Business Time for employees shall be provided as specified in this Memorandum of Understanding and as required by law.

  • If no volunteer can be obtained, then the least senior officer on Personal Business Time may be ordered in for duty.

  • If enough volunteers cannot be obtained through this method, the overtime would be offered to those officers on Personal Business Time in order of their seniority.

  • The University and Union have agreed in a separate Memorandum of Agreement to a procedure which allows for the utilization of Union Business Time.

  • Employees must track their use of Association Business Time Off in the City’s timekeeping system by using appropriate payroll codes so that the City can keep accurate, ongoing records of the amount of leave used for the year at any time.

  • Each CCPOA chapter, excluding the DJJ chapters, shall receive thirty (30) hours of Official Business Time to distribute copies of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

  • Any increased rate of interest on an existing Bankohana Business Time Deposit Account is subject to change at renewal.

  • Each local DJJ CCPOA chapter shall receive eighteen (18) hours of Official Business Time to distribute copies of the MOU.

  • Any increased rate of interest that you receive on a Bankohana Business Savings or Business Money Market Savings Account will end when your Bankohana Business Account is closed, and on a Bankohana Business Time Deposit Account at the next renewal of the account.

  • You may receive an increased rate of interest on a related Bankohana Business Time Deposit Account, Business Savings Account and/or Business Money Market Savings Account.


More Definitions of Business Time

Business Time as used in this Agreement shall mean: (i) during a normal week--fifty (50) hours or (ii) on an annual basis--approximately two thousand two hundred (2,200) hours. Cymraec represents that it will diligently target the generation of at least fifty (50) potential drillable Prospects prior to December 31, 2003. Neither Cymraec nor any of its principals shall undertake any business or commercial enterprise or activity except pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or as disclosed on the attached Schedule 2, but, as respects items one through four therein, subject to Prime and Fortune's prior written approval, which may be withheld for any reason.

Related to Business Time

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. See “Payment for Services, Travel Reimbursement” in Exhibit C – Bid Price for additional information.

  • Railway Operation Date means the date of the first carriage of iron ore, freight goods or other products over the relevant Railway (other than for construction or commissioning purposes);

  • USGS Business Day means any day except for a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association or any successor thereto (“SIFMA”) recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in U.S. government securities.

  • Formation Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.
