Expiration of the Employment Period. If Executive’s employment terminates by reason of the expiration of the Employment Period pursuant to Section 1 as a result of the Company’s or Executive’s non-extension, then the Company will provide Executive with the Accrued Obligations. Thereafter, the Company Group shall have no further obligation to Executive or Executive’s legal representatives.
Expiration of the Employment Period. Executive's employment shall automatically terminate upon expiration of the Employment Period and such termination shall not be a breach of this Agreement.
Expiration of the Employment Period. (a) In the event either party elects not to extend the Employment Period pursuant to Section 2.2, unless Executive’s employment is earlier terminated pursuant to Sections 4.1 through 4.5 of this Article IV, Executive’s termination of employment hereunder (whether or not Executive continues as an employee of the Company thereafter) shall be deemed to close on the close of business on the day immediately preceding the next scheduled Anniversary Date and Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Rights.
Expiration of the Employment Period. If Executive’s employment shall be terminated by reason of the expiration of the Employment Period as result of the Company’s non-extension, then the Company will provide Executive with the Accrued Obligations , the Prorated Bonus and continued payment of Base Salary for a period of six months in accordance with the Company’s payroll practices (the “Salary Continuation”). If Executive’s employment shall be terminated by reason of the expiration of the Employment Period as result of the Executive’s non-extension, then the Company will provide Executive with the Accrued Obligations. Thereafter, in either event, the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive or his legal representatives.
Expiration of the Employment Period. Following the end of the Employment Period, if Executive remains employed by the Company or its affiliates, Executive’s employment shall be at-will.
Expiration of the Employment Period. Subject to Section 4(e) below, if Executive’s employment shall be terminated by reason of the expiration of the Employment Period (and not for Cause), then the Company will provide Executive with the Accrued Obligations and will pay Executive an amount equal to the greater of (a) Executive’s Annual Base Salary and (b) amounts due under applicable laws (the “Expiration Payment”). The Expiration Payment shall be made in a lump sum on the date that is sixty (60) calendar days following the expiration of the Employment Period.
Expiration of the Employment Period. This Agreement shall terminate upon the expiration of the Employment Period due to the Corporation's giving to Executive a written notice of intention not to extend the Employment Period in accordance with Section 1.

This Agreement and the Employee’s employment hereunder shall automatically terminate upon the expiration of the Employment Period; provided however, that each party shall give the other ninety (90) days written notice prior to the end of the Expiration Period if it does not intend to seek in good faith an extension or renewal of this Agreement.
