EMPLOYEE’S FREE WILL AND VOLITION. The Employees acknowledge that they are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by this agreement of their own free will and volition. SCHEDULE 1 NEATO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EMPLOYEE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT - EMPLOYMENT POSITION DESCRIPTIONS EMPLOYMENT POSITION DESCRIPTION – ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT Employment Position: Administrative Support Assistant The Company: Neato Employment Services Pty Ltd is a private company contracted to deliver employment and training services in Northern, Central and Southern Queensland. Neato Employment Services Pty Ltd has 21 permanent agencies located throughout Northern, Central and Southern Queensland, with approximately 240 employees. Qualifications: The position of Administrative Support Assistant requires that the Employee: ▪ possesses written and oral communication skills of a high standard; and ▪ possesses relevant qualifications and experience. The Company places particular emphasis on tertiary qualifications in education and training and other relevant disciplines. Direct Supervisor: Team Leader of the Agency or nominated Supervisor Employment Function, Duties and Responsibilities The Employee’s employment function, duties and responsibilities include: ▪ assisting with the efficient operation of the administration function of the Agency or the relevant Department in the Company’s Head Office and the delivery of employment services contracts; ▪ efficient delivery of threshold services incorporating all aspects of client and general customer service; ▪ complying with: • Employment Services Contracts; • Job Placement Licence; • STEP ERS Contract; • Australian Qualifications Training Framework; • Job Network Code of Practice; • Information Privacy Principles; • Job Network Service Guarantee; and • the Company’s policies and procedures as determined from time to time including quality assurance and best practice guidelines; ▪ inputting and retrieval of information and data from all relevant Company Databases and EA3000 and efficient use thereof;

  • At-Will Employment Executive and the Company agree that Executive’s employment with the Company constitutes “at-will” employment. Executive and the Company acknowledge that this employment relationship may be terminated at any time, upon written notice to the other party, with or without good cause or for any or no cause, at the option either of the Company or Executive. However, as described in this Agreement, Executive may be entitled to severance benefits depending upon the circumstances of Executive’s termination of employment.

  • Employment at Will Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon Participant any right to continue in Service for any period of specific duration or interfere with or otherwise restrict in any way the rights of the Corporation (or any Parent or Subsidiary employing or retaining Participant) or of Participant, which rights are hereby expressly reserved by each, to terminate Participant’s Service at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

  • Employees on Layoff A classified employee who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently or seasonally laid off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.

  • Employees and Volunteers Insurance required of the Contractor under the Contract shall include coverage for the acts and omissions of the Contractor’s employees and volunteers. In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that all employees and volunteers who use vehicles to transport clients or deliver services have personal automobile insurance and current driver’s licenses.

  • EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION BY CONTRACTOR PROHIBITED During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor agrees as follows:

  • Rights of Employees to Representation Any aggrieved person may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by himself/herself and, at his/her option, by a representative selected or approved by the Association. It is further recognized that any adjustment reached without a representative of the Association present shall be without prejudice to the Association.

  • Employees Not to Benefit Texas Transportation Commission policy mandates that employees of the Texas Department of Transportation shall not accept any benefit, gift or favor from any person doing business with or who reasonably speaking may do business with the State under this contract. The only exceptions allowed are ordinary business lunches and items that have received the advance written approval of the Executive Director of the Texas Department of Transportation.

  • Employees on Leave Unit members who are granted Sick Leave Bank Days shall be considered to be in regular paid status during such leave.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • EMPLOYER AND UNION TO ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES (a) At the time of hire new employees will be advised that a collective agreement is in effect and of the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off.
