Direct Supervisor. (a) The Superintendent is the Direct Supervisor of the following employees: Principals Director of Special Education Director of Technology Coordinator of Curriculum and Assessment (b) The Business Administrator is the Direct Supervisor of the following employees: Director of Facilities Director of Food Service (c) The Building Principal is the Direct Supervisor of the Assistant Principal.

Direct Supervisor. Senior scientist and IMPRS for Organismal Biology faculty member in whose lab the student is performing the doctoral work.

Direct Supervisor. After consulting with a representative or officer of the Union, the nurse or Union shall present the grievance in writing to their Direct Supervisor and a copy to Human Resources as soon as possible but no later than twenty-one (21) days from the date of occurrence, or the date when the nurse should reasonably have known of the occurrence of the alleged violation upon which the grievance is based. The grievance shall set forth the facts of the dispute, including the date of the alleged violation, the names of the nurse(s) affected, the specific provisions of this Agreement in dispute, and the remedy requested. The Direct Supervisor shall attempt to resolve the problem and shall respond in writing within twenty- one (21) days following receipt of the written grievance.
