Employees and Volunteers. Insurance required of the Sub-Contractor under the Contract shall include coverage for the acts and omissions of the Sub-Contractor’s employees and volunteers. In addition, the Sub-Contractor shall ensure that all employees and volunteers who use vehicles to transport clients or deliver services have personal automobile insurance and current driver’s licenses.

Artist must submit all such waivers to the City’s representative.
Employees and Volunteers. All persons providing services to the Companies in which the means and manner of providing such services are controlled by a Company (including volunteers) have been properly classified either as employees or independent contractors, as the case may be, for the purpose of payroll withholding taxes. With respect to this transaction, any notice required under any law or collective bargaining agreement has been given, and all bargaining obligations with any employee representative have been, or prior to the Closing Date will be, satisfied. Within the past five (5) years, no Company has implemented any closing or layoff of employees that could implicate the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act of 1988, as amended, or any similar foreign, Federal, State, or local law, regulation, or ordinance (collectively, the “WARN Act”), and no such action will be implemented without advance notification to Buyer.
