EXTENSIONS OF COVERAGE. The following extensions of coverage shall not increase the amounts of insurance applying under this form and are subject to all conditions of this form.
EXTENSIONS OF COVERAGE. 1. The expense of removing debris from covered property which originates from a covered peril causing damage therein. There is no coverage for the expense of removing or containing contaminated property. Contamination is a pollutant. There is coverage for the cost of complying with any law, ordinance or order of civil authority regarding the removal or disposal of covered property at a covered location unless otherwise excluded. In no event shall payment for debris removal exceed 25% of the amount of the direct physical loss to covered property at the covered location as a result of any one loss.

EXTENSIONS OF COVERAGE a) Equipment on shore This insurance is extended to cover fixed equipment which is removed from the insured boat and stored on shore for servicing and/or maintenance, repair or storage.

EXTENSIONS OF COVERAGE. The Insurer shall be liable for loss or damage to the Insured Property caused by wind, hail, rain or snow entering a building through an opening in the roof or walls directly resulting from a flood.
EXTENSIONS OF COVERAGE. A – The Insurer agrees to indemnify the Insured for an amount not exceeding 10% of the limit or amount of insurance provided under Insuring Agreement C for all loss of property not intended solely for the payroll of the Insured occasioned by Robbery or attempt thereat from a custodian while engaged in his or her regular duties in connection with such property on or away from the premises but within Canada or the United States of America. The insurance under this extension shall be part of and not in addition to the insurance under Insuring Agreement C.
