Holiday During Vacation. If a holiday, named under Article 7 of this Agreement, falls within the vacation period of an employee, he shall be granted an additional day's pay in lieu of the holiday.
Holiday During Vacation. If the holiday comes during the employee's vacation, he shall be granted an additional day off with pay at the beginning or the end of his vacation period or by mutual agreement at some other time.
Holiday During Vacation. If a holiday named under Article 9 of this Agreement falls within the vacation period of an employee, the employee shall be granted an additional day of vacation with full pay, or an additional day’s pay in lieu of the holiday. The additional day of vacation shall be counted as a day worked for the purpose of weekly overtime computation during the week in which the employee returns to work.
Holiday During Vacation. When a fixed holiday falls within a vacation period, the holiday time shall not be charged against an employee’s earned vacation benefits.
Holiday During Vacation. When a holiday falls within an employee’s annual vacation, such employee shall be granted one additional day’s vacation.
Holiday During Vacation. 528. If a holiday occurs during an employee's vacation and the employee would as a matter of law have been entitled to said day as a regular day off, such holiday shall not be considered a day of vacation chargeable to the employee's vacation allowance.
Holiday During Vacation. When a holiday falls on an employee's regularly scheduled work day during the employee's vacation period, the employee will be charged with that holiday and retain the vacation day.
Holiday During Vacation. When a holiday falls within an employee's vacation period, his/her vacation shall be extended by one (1) day either at the beginning or end of this vacation unless the employee requests a lieu day off which is on a date satisfactory to the College.
