Employee and Employer Contributions. For the duration of this contract, employee contributions towards the cost of the premium charged for any health insurance plan option offered by the City shall not be increased by more than 15% per year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the City decides to charge a premium for single employee dental insurance coverage, the amount shall not be more than 5% of the cost for single employee dental coverage.

Employee and Employer Contributions. Commencing the first day of the month immediately after the Union ratifies the memorandum of settlement, each Eligible Employee shall contribute for each pay period an amount equal to five and one-quarter percent (5.25%) of Applicable Wages to the Plan. The Employer shall contribute on behalf of each Eligible Employee for each pay period, an amount equal to five and one-quarter percent (5.25%) of Applicable Wages to the Plan.

  • Employer Contributions 8.1 Rates at which the Employer shall contribute for each hour of work performed on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Agreement are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
