Deferred Comp Plan. The City shall continue to offer and allow employees to participate in the deferred compensation program under the same terms and conditions that are offered to other City employees. Participating employees shall execute the applicable agreements to participate in the plan.
Deferred Comp Plan. Section 1 The City agrees to adopt, for interested employees of the bargaining unit, the “Deferred Compensation Plan for Employees of the State of New York and Other Participating Public Jurisdictions,” consistent with the June 2, 1995 resolution adopted by the City of Plattsburgh for voluntary participation by all eligible City employees.
