Mandatory Participation. Participation in the Special Pay Plan is mandatory for all 24 eligible teachers.
Mandatory Participation. A) Effective September 1, 1981, every eligible new Teacher must participate as a condition of employment in the Extended Health and Dental Plans as outlined in Article 6.
Mandatory Participation. 10.1.1.1 Through peer Consulting Teachers, this component of the program shall provide intervention to permanent teachers who receive an unsatisfactory evaluation in any domain of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession as provided in Article 3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

(i) Each player elected or selected to the All-Star team is required to attend the All-Star Game as an eligible participant on the roster and stay for the duration of the game unless: (A) he is on the Disabled List on the Sunday immediately preceding the All-Star Game; (B) he does not play in his Club’s final two games immediately preceding the All-Star Game due to injury; (C) he is a starting pitcher who misses his last scheduled start immediately preceding the All-Star Game due to injury; (D) he suffers an injury in either of the two games immediately prior to the All-Star Game and submits (to both the Office of the Commissioner and the Players Association) a certification from his Club physician, with supporting medical records, documenting the injury and cer- tifying that he is unable to participate in baseball activities, and the Office of the Commissioner approves the certification; (E) his Club advises him to refrain from baseball activities during the All-Star Break to treat a chronic injury or condition and submits (to both the Office of the Commissioner and the Players Associ- ation) a certification from his Club physician, with supporting medical records, documenting the injury and endorsing the Club’s recommendation, and the Office of the Commissioner approves the Club’s recommendation; (F) he is unable to render services on the day of the All-Star Game for reasons that would justify his placement on the Major League Bereavement/Family Medical Emergency List or the Major League Paternity List; or
Mandatory Participation. Except where the pension administrator has granted an exemption, the employee is obliged to participate in the pension scheme of Stichting Pensioenfonds van de Metalektro, hereinafter called the Metalektro Pension Fund or PME.
Mandatory Participation. 10.1 The Student is obliged to participate in the surveys, evaluations and final reports conducted by the EDISS Consortium as well as to participate in the surveys and evaluations of the Erasmus+ EMJMD surveys from the European Union Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
Mandatory Participation. 28 Any teacher receiving an unsatisfactory evaluation (indicated by a check 29 mark in the box “Improvements Required – Unsatisfactory” on the Certificated 30 Personnel Evaluation Instrument) shall be placed in Peer Review Cycle as a 31 “referred teacher.”
Mandatory Participation. The City agrees to require police officer and firefighter applicants for employment to comply with Board medical standards, including waiver requirements, prior to employment, consistent with federal law. The Board agrees that all applicants cleared for employment in the City shall be admitted into the Pension Fund subject to lawful waiver provisions and that the Board will establish a due process procedure for applicants to challenge waivers imposed by the Board.

During the Term, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, including Sections 4.01(b) (Pre-Feature Programs), 4.01(c)(ii) (Video Display Programs), 4.02(e) (Alternative Content Lobby Promotions), 4.05 (Brand; Policy Trailer; Branded Slots), 4.06(a) (Beverage Agreements), 4.07 (Other Cinemark Advertising Agreements), 4.08 (Cinemark Run-Out Obligations), 4.11(b) (Event Trailers), 4.13 (Excluded Theatres; IMAX Screens), 4.14 (Grand Openings; Popcorn Tubs; Employee Uniforms), 4.17(a) and (b) (Digital Programming Event Simulcast), 4.18 (Event Sponsorships; Sponsor Message) and Exhibit A, Cinemark shall subscribe for and LLC shall be the exclusive provider to the Theatres of the services specifically set forth in the definition of the “Advertising Services.” Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, during the Term, Cinemark shall neither engage nor permit a third party (excluding third party designees of LLC as provided hereunder) to provide, or itself provide, to a Theatre any of the services specifically set forth in the definition of “Advertising Services” set forth in Exhibit A. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or affect (i) LLC’s ability to contract or enter into any relationship with any Person or entity for any product, service, or otherwise, whether or not similar to any products or services provided by LLC under this Agreement, or (ii) Cinemark’s ability to contract or enter into any relationship with any Person or entity for any product, service, or otherwise, other than the services that will be provided exclusively by LLC as set forth in this Section 2.04. All rights with respect to advertising and promotions not explicitly granted hereunder are reserved to Cinemark, including without limitation Cinemark’s ability to offer and sell advertising to any third party on any website on the Internet, its telephone ticketing service or other alternative media sources used for ticketing.
