Eligible Earnings. Eligible earnings include an employee’s base salary payable through the University. Eligible earnings do not include (if applicable) bonuses, perquisites, overtime pay, out of classification pay, shift differentials, uniform allowances, certification pay, specialty pay, emergency response pay, charge differentials, on-call differentials, or any pay that is received in addition to that of the employee’s regular appointment, and any other additional cash compensation received that is more than 100% of the base salary of the full-time equivalent of the employee’s regular position.

Eligible Earnings. Xxxxxxxx earnings include an employee’s base salary payable through the University. Eligible Earnings. Eligible earnings include an appointee’s base salary payable through the University. Base salary includes on-scale, off-scale, and above-scale, where applicable. Eligible earnings do not include pay that is received in addition to the appointee’s regular appointment such as “by agreement” payments, administrative stipends, honoraria, compensation for extension teaching, summer session teaching, and any other compensation received that exceeds 100% of the base salary of the full-time equivalent of the appointee’s eligible appointment(s). However, if the appointee’s only appointment is for extension or summer session teaching or is a “by agreement” appointment, and the appointee meets all other PFCB eligibility criteria, those earnings are considered eligible earnings.

Related to Eligible Earnings

  • Base Pay The Company agrees to pay Employee gross annual compensation of $400,000 (“Base Salary”), less usual and customary withholdings, which shall be payable in arrears in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices. The Base Salary will be subject to normal periodic review, and such review will consider Employee’s contributions to the Company and the Company’s overall performance.

  • Incentive Pay (1) For any calendar year in which twenty-five percent (25%) of the number of members employed as of January 1 of each year are rated as either Level II or Level III in every phase of the PFT then:

  • Tax-Deferred Earnings The investment earnings of your Xxxx XXX are not subject to federal income tax as they accumulate in your Xxxx XXX. In addition, distributions of your Xxxx XXX earnings will be free from federal income tax if you take a qualified distribution, as described below.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.

  • Annual Compensation The Executive’s “Annual Compensation” for purposes of determining severance payable under this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the sum of (i) the annual rate of Base Salary as of the Date of Termination, and (ii) the cash bonus, if any, earned by the Executive for the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Elective Deferrals An Employee will be eligible to become a Contributing Participant in the Plan (and thus be eligible to make Elective Deferrals) and receive Matching Contributions (including Qualified Matching Contributions, if applicable) after completing 1 (enter 0, 1 or any fraction less than 1) Years of Eligibility Service.

  • Annual Bonus Compensation In addition to your Salary, during the Employment Term you shall be eligible to earn an annual bonus for each whole or partial calendar year during the Employment Term, determined and payable as follows (the “Bonus”):

  • Full Compensation Subrecipient agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Subrecipient of all its duties and obligations hereunder.

  • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.
