Electrical Worker Grade 10. An Electrical worker grade 10 is a technician who meets the requirements for Electrical worker grade 9B and in addition • Has been on Level 9B for a minimum of 2 years, and have at least 1 x of the following: • Diploma CPC50520 in fire protection design (QBCC Licence Design) o (a) successful completion of Diploma of Fire Systems Design CPC50520, including the following Group B detection and warning systems elective units of competency:

SCHEDULE B - ORDINARY HOURLY RATES OF PAY‌ The following ordinary hourly rates of pay are inclusive of all allowances referred to in clause 5.1.7, but not those specified in Schedule C of this Agreement. The rates below shall apply as a minimum for the life of the Agreement for the calculation of Employee remuneration, and for any calculation of Employee redundancy pay, paid personal leave, and paid annual leave entitlements.

  • Electrical Safety Only UL approved items are permitted in Housing & Residence Life. Extension and multi-use cords must be heavy duty, single plug, and be UL approved. Altering or adapting electrical outlets and equipment and overloading circuits jeopardize safety and thus are not permitted.

  • UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT Uniforms and equipment required by the Department to be worn/used by employees will be furnished by the Department.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.

  • UNIFORMS AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT 21.1: The City will make a good faith effort to maintain police vehicles and safety equipment in proper working order. Police vehicles operated by the City shall comply with the standards and requirements of applicable State Statutes governing motor vehicle safety equipment.

  • Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall be granted for illness or injury incurred within the course and scope of an employee's assigned duties. The employee who has sustained a job-related injury shall report the injury on an Office approved accident form to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee shall report any illness, in writing, to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of knowledge that the illness is an alleged industrial illness.
