Effect of Leave of Absence on Accrual of Vacation Leave. The granting of any leave of absence without pay exceeding fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days shall cause the employee's annual vacation earned during the calendar year to be reduced proportionately for each month or major portion of a month that the employee is on leave of absence without pay.
