E-mail, Fax Machines the Internet, and Intranets The Union and employees will not use state-owned or operated e-mail, fax machines, the Internet, or intranets to communicate with one another regarding union business. However, an employee may use state-owned e-mail to request union representation or to notify the Human Resources Office of their intent to distribute union material per Section 3.7. In addition, local union officers, shop stewards and union management communications committee members may use state owned/operated equipment to communicate with affected employees, the Union and/or the Employer for the exclusive purpose of administration of this Agreement.   • E-mail The Employee acknowledges that the Employer retains the right to review any and all electronic mail communications made with employer provided email accounts, hardware, software, or networks, with or without notice, at any time.

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.
