DURATION, TERM AND RENEWAL. This Agreement shall be effective _______________________ and shall remain in full force and in effect January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2015 without any reopening date. This agreement shall continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter, until one party or the other gives notice, in writing no sooner than one hundred and fifty 150 days nor no later than one hundred and twenty 120 days prior to the expiration of this agreement of a desire to change, modify, or terminate this agreement.

DURATION, TERM AND RENEWAL. THIS AGREEMENT shall be effective January 1, 2011 and shall remain in full force and effect through December 31, 2014. It shall automatically be renewed from year to year thereafter, unless either party shall notify the other, in writing, before one hundred twenty (120) calendar days prior to the termination date that it desires to modify the Agreement. In the event such notice is given, negotiations shall begin no later than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the termination date.   • Initial Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and, shall have an initial term of five (5) years. Following the expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms until such time that the Agreement is terminated by either Party upon giving the other Party six (6) months’ written notice of termination.

  • Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of three years from and after the Live Date (the “Initial Term”), and thereafter shall automatically renew for successive three year terms (each such period, a “Renewal Term”) unless terminated by any party giving written notice of non-renewal at least one hundred eighty days prior to the last day of the then current term to each other party hereto.

  • Term and Renewal of Agreements The Agreement with TIPS is for three (3) years with an option for renewal for an additional one (1) consecutive year if both parties agree. TIPS may or may not exercise the one-year extension beyond the base three-year term and whether or not to offer the extension is at the sole discretion of TIPS. All renewal terms incorporated in an Agreement by the vendor with the TIPS Member shall only be valid and enforceable when the vendor receives written confirmation by purchase order, executed Agreement or other written instruction issued by the TIPS Member for any renewal period. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. This term is not negotiable and any Agreement between a TIPS Member and a TIPS awarded vendor with an automatic renewal clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Term and Renewals This Agreement is effective February 1, 2017 (“Effective Date”) and will continue for three (3) years. The Agreement may be renewed by Citizens for one (1), three (3) year renewal period upon prior written notice to Firm.
