Drugs and Alcohol The Pupil may be given the opportunity to provide a biological sample under medical supervision if involvement with drugs is suspected, or a sample of breath to test for alcohol consumed in breach of School rules or policy. A sample or test in these circumstances will not form part of the Pupil's permanent medical record.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE 20.1 All employees must report to work in a condition fit to perform their assigned duties unimpaired by alcohol or drugs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing Permitted Testing is permitted where the Employer has reasonable suspicion to believe.
Smoking Prohibited As a public school, the School shall prohibit the use of tobacco at its school or at School functions.
Drug and Alcohol Policy 66.1 The Parties agree to apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (as amended from time to time)
Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Drugs Employees may not use or possess alcohol while on duty, except when authorized by the institution’s policy. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING Employees may be tested for drugs and/or alcohol pursuant to the provisions of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement as if more fully set forth herein.
Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.
LOBBYING PROHIBITED Federal funds shall not be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state or local government. Federal funds shall not be used by Contractor to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, and officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the award of any Federal contract.
