Driveways and Curb Cuts. Driveways shall be so located that vehicles entering or leaving an establishment or location will not interfere with the free movement of traffic or create a hazard on the public roadway. Where feasible, access driveways shall be located where there are no sharp curves or steep grades, and where sight distance is adequate for safe traffic operation. Driveways should not be within an intersection, intersection radius, or highway interchanges. No curb cut shall be closer than 20 feet from the point of curvature of a corner radius. Access drives shall be located so that they will not interfere with the placement of signs, signals or other devices that affect traffic operation and regulations.

Driveways and Curb Cuts. {Insert provisions regarding requirements for driveway entrances and intersections with adjacent roadways, any specific curb cut requirements. Include Exhibit(s) if necessary.}Wagon Wheel Improvements. Owner agrees to design, construct and pay for the private road (with a 30’ pavement width as set forth in the Preliminary Infrastructure Plans, the PD Master Plan and this Agreement) that commences at Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx on the western boundary of the Property and continues easterly through the Property and terminates at the existing section of Wagon Wheel as more particularly described and/or depicted on Exhibit F to Attachment “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Wagon Wheel Improvements”). The Wagon Wheel Improvements will remain private (no public right of way) and except for purposes of platting, will be treated as a private right-of-way and Owner, or the property owners’ association established for the Project, shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Wagon Wheel Improvements after construction is completed. It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that the Wagon Wheel Improvements satisfy t h e a p p l i c a b l e r e q u i r e m e n t s of the Code. The water line within the Wagon Wheel Improvements (as shown on the Preliminary Infrastructure Plans) will be dedicated to the City via an easement upon completion of construction of said water line.

  • Driveways 2.8 The Shop Response must include the possible impact description as well as a timeframe for restoration of Utility or work area. End users and O&M must be made aware of the possible impact in case of failure of redundant system/equipment. End user(s) and O&M must have some say of the date and time it may take place.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)
