Distribution of Work Rules. The Employer agrees to maintain posted 38 work rules in a common area available to all Employees. The Employer agrees that new 39 work rules formulated after the effective date of the Agreement shall be reduced to writing 40 and made available to the Union and all bargaining unit employees seven (7) work days 41 before implementation, unless the Administrator or his designee determines that 42 immediate implementation is needed to maintain the operational functions and/or stability 43 of the District. Any new work rules shall be added to the currently posted work rules. The 44 posted work rules shall remain in effect until such time as the Employer modifies them.

Distribution of Work Rules. The City agrees that, to the extent any policies and procedures have been or will become reduced to writing, every bargaining unit member shall have access to them for the duration of this Agreement. Copies of newly established written policies and procedures or amendments to existing work-related rules will be furnished to and, when requested in writing by the Union, discussed with the Local President and/or Chief Xxxxxxx or his designee of the Union at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of such rules or amendments. Should any policies and procedures conflict with the specific provisions of this Agreement, such rules shall be invalid to the extent of this conflict.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • PROTECTION OF WORK Subcontractor shall effectually secure and protect the work done hereunder and assume full responsibility for the condition thereof until final acceptance by Architect, Owner and Contractor. Subcontractor further agrees to provide such protection as is necessary to protect the work and the workmen of Contractor, Owner and other subcontractors from its operations. Subcontractor shall be liable for any loss or damage to any work in place or to any equipment and materials on the job site caused by it or its agents, employees or guests.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

No employee shall be under the influence of any drug or alcohol while the employee is working or while the employee is on the Employer's premises or operating the Employer's vehicle, machinery, or equipment, except pursuant to a legitimate medical reason or when approved by the Employer as a proper law enforcement activity.
