Distribution of Union Publications. Official publications of the Union may be distributed on USDA, Rural Development property by Union representatives during the non-duty time of the Union representatives who are distributing, and of the employees receiving the materials; distribution shall not disrupt operations. All such materials shall be properly identified as official Union issuances.

Distribution of Union Publications. A. Official publications of the Union may be distributed on SSA property by Union representatives in accordance with Article 30 of this Agreement or during non-duty time. Where available, Union representatives will use centralized employee mail slots/drops to distribute Union publications. Distribution shall be accomplished at a time mutually agreed to by the parties and shall not disrupt operations. All such materials shall be properly identified as official Union issuances. Materials distributed will not malign the character of any Federal employee.
Distribution of Union Publications. 8.1. The Employer recognizes the Union’s right to distribute printed Union literature to bargaining unit employees; and the Union recognizes the requirement not to interfere with operations. The Union will provide advance notice to the Employer. Distribution will be accomplished during the distributor’s and employees’ non-work time, in non-work areas and in such a manner as to avoid work disruption. All Union communications shall clearly identify "the Union" as the source of the communication. Materials distributed will not malign the character of any federal employee or agency.

  • Distribution of Union Literature (a) The Employer will provide space to the Union during Employee orientation to allow the Union to distribute Union literature related to the orientation of new Union members.
