Disruptive Behaviour. Hall Sports The playing of sports or games is not permitted inside the residence. Pranks Initiating, encouraging, supporting, or participating in pranks that are disruptive, offensive, or hostile to residents and/or staff is prohibited. Illegal Entry Entering another student’s room or disturbing another resident’s property without the permission of the resident is not permitted. Students must have written permission to enter another’s room when that resident is not present and do so only with authorized use of the prescribed key Endangering Behaviour Fire Equipment Discharging, tampering with or operating any fire prevention or detection equipment for any purpose other than the control of fire is strictly prohibited. Inappropriate Entry For your safety, there are areas in residence to which you are not allowed access. Restricted areas include but are not limited to mechanical and electrical rooms, rooftops, and maintenance rooms. Throwing Objects Under no circumstances should you (or any guest) throw or allow any object to drop from balconies, rooftops, down stairwells or in the halls. Throwing objects at the residence or at other people is also not allowed. Should this happen, residence staff will be obliged to apply disciplinary sanctions to the individual(s) involved.

Disruptive Behaviour. You acknowledge and agree that DNS reserves the right to remove you from the Virtual Event if DNS determines, in its sole discretion, that your participation or conduct is disruptive or interferes with the Virtual Event or the enjoyment of the Virtual Event content by other participants.
Disruptive Behaviour. The Trustees reserve the right to refuse or withdraw all rights of admission from any person(s) whose behaviour is clearly disruptive of the running of the Premises, or to the enjoyment of other users or of residents of the nearby properties.

  • Unsafe Conditions In accordance with 29 CFR § 1977, occasions might arise when an employee is confronted with a choice between not performing assigned tasks or subjecting himself/herself to serious injury or death arising from a hazardous condition at the workplace. If the employee, with no reasonable alternative, refuses in good faith to expose himself/herself to the dangerous condition, he/she would be protected against subsequent discrimination. The condition causing the employee's apprehension of death or injury must be of such a nature that a reasonable person, under the circumstances then confronting the employee, would conclude that there is a real danger of death or serious injury and that there is insufficient time, due to the urgency of the situation, to eliminate the danger by resorting to regular statutory enforcement channels. In addition, in such circumstances, the employee, where possible, must also have sought from his Employer, and been unable to obtain, a correction of the dangerous condition.

  • Tardiness Tardiness shall be defined as reporting to work eight (8) or more minutes after clock in time. For each three (3) occurrences of tardiness in a school year shall constitute grounds for the issuance of progressive discipline as defined in Article 15.

  • SUSPENSIVE CONDITION i) The contract only becomes binding and enforceable once:
