Unsafe Conditions definition

Unsafe Conditions means unacceptable actual or potential hazards and incidents relating to safety, health or environment. Variation: an increase, decrease, omission or any other change to any part of the Goods or Services or Scope of Work. Variation Order: a written direction by Synergy’s Representative under clause A8.1.
Unsafe Conditions. Any potential "unsafe" condition, such as liquid leaks, "burning smells", etc., should be reported to the NOC staff, who will notify the proper personnel.
Unsafe Conditions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(b).

Related to Unsafe Conditions

  • Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.
