Behavior definition

Behavior means skills related to regulating one’s own behavior including coping with demands from others, making choices, conforming conduct to laws, and displaying appropriate sociosexual behavior.
Behavior effective January 1, 2010, means a category to determine the home care rating and is based on the criteria found in this section. "Level I behavior" means physical aggression towards self, others, or destruction of property that requires the immediate response of another person.
Behavior means a description of a need for services and supports used to determine the home care rating and additional service units. The presence of Level I behavior is used to determine the home care rating.
