Suspensive Condition definition

Suspensive Condition means the suspensive condition set out in clause 2;
Suspensive Condition means either one of them;
Suspensive Condition means the suspensive condition referred to in clause 3 of this agreement;

Examples of Suspensive Condition in a sentence

  • The remainder of this Agreement shall come into force and effect on the fulfilment or waiver, as the case may be, of the Suspensive Condition.
