Your Safety. You agree to give us all relevant health and fitness information before or during any exercise. Each time you use the Facilities and Services, you must ensure that you are in good physical condition and know of no medical reason why you should not exercise. If unsure, you should seek medical guidance (see clause 5).
Your Safety. We will ensure that the Bike is in a safe and road-worthy condition when We provide it to You. However, it is important that You ensure the Bike is safe and roadworthy each time before You use it, and You agree to report any damage to Our maintenance provider as soon as you become aware of it. You accept that cycling on a public road carries its own risks and You have hired the Bike on this basis. You also agree to comply with all relevant road safety rules when using the Bike. We strongly recommend You consider cycle safety training prior to riding the Bike on public roads, and wear a helmet when riding. Under these Terms the Bike does not become Your property and You must not sell the Bike. This is a short term hire agreement NOT regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and You will not have the protections afforded under that Act. You should sign this short term hire agreement only if You want to be legally bound by these Terms (being this Hire Confirmation Form and the attached terms and conditions, including the Parts Checklist).

If unsure, you should seek medical guidance (see clause 5). Access and Reciprocity: When you join our Club you can access and use our Club and our Facilities and Services. After the first 31 days, you will also be able to access and use all other Clubs (see clause 2). Membership Transfer and Assignment of this Agreement: As a broad rule, if you use another Club more than our Club, (using the criteria set out in this Agreement) your Membership and this Agreement will be transferred from our Club to the Club you visit the most. If this happens, the Fees, including your Membership Fees, may change (see clause 8).

Your Safety. You must make sure that you: • Do not share personal information such as e-mail, home address or phone number with anyone, even your classmates. • Only login using your own username/login and password. • During ‘learning time’, you will be expected to use Google Classroom to access, complete and submit learning. You should not use this time to access other content on the internet unless it is for the learning that is being done and has been approved by a responsible adult. • Ask permission of a parent/carer/teacher when accessing content on different websites or apps. • When submitting images, sound clips or video, make sure that these are appropriate for the learning task. Check with you parent/carer/teacher if you are unsure. • Only ever use your email address for the Google Classroom learning services and never use it to sign up to any other websites or services. • Only send messages to your teachers, not other pupils, unless your teacher has instructed you to.
Your Safety. 6.1 Our Surge Trainers and staff are not medically trained or qualified and we strongly recommend that you take independent medical advice before entering into the Agreement and/or receiving the Services.
Your Safety. When using the Facilities, you agree to the following terms regarding your safety and our liability: 1. You agree to always be aware of your surroundings while using the Facilities. This includes watching out for other people and your immediate environment. 2. You agree that your use of the Facilities is at your own risk, and that it is your responsibility to obtain and maintain any insurance policies (including health, liability, personal injury, medical, life, and others), that are reasonably necessary for any injuries that may be sustained while using the Facilities. 3. You agree not to violate (or encourage any third party to violate) any laws or regulations while using the Facilities. 4. You agree that you will supervise any minor children who are using the Facilities or any TeeUp Services, or if you are a minor, that you will have parental supervision when using the Facilities, at all times. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not engage in any other activity which may reasonably result in injury, death, damage to property, or any other kind of legal liability.
Your Safety. You must make sure that you: • Always ask permission before going on the internet and be supervised online. • Only share your username and password with your parents/carers. • Only login using your own username and password. • Do not share e-mail, home address or phone number with anyone, even your classmates. • Only send messages to your teachers, not other pupils, unless your teacher tells you to. • If you see anything that makes you feel upset or worried, tell your parents and teachers. They will help you.
