Disposition of working hours Subsection 2. 1 Disposition of regular working hours Unless there is an agreement otherwise, the disposition of working hours is to be as stated below. Note Individual agreements on the disposition of working hours should not be regarded as a part of the employment agreement, and termination of such agreements can therefore occur without termination of employment. If the disposition of regular working hours is changed, the employer should inform the employees concerned and the local union branch no later than two weeks in advance. Daytime working In daytime working disposition of regular working hours is Monday to Friday. Two-shift working First and second shift Monday to Friday, in the period 05.00-24.00, with 30 minutes’ rest per shift. Intermittent three-shift working The shift cycle should not begin before 22.00 on a Sunday. For the above mentioned working hour arrangements, regular working hours should not be scheduled for Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. Continuous operating In the case of continuous operating and in so far as the local parties have not agreed otherwise, breaks should be made in production for major public holi- days as follows.

  • ARTICLE HOURS OF WORK The following provision designating regular hours on a daily tour and regular daily tours over the nursing schedule determined by the Hospital shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each tour or during each tour schedule. Subject to Article below:

  • Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work Describe fully the services that Contractor will provide, or add and attach Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work will be worked any time between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official) to accommodate the hours or work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the Employer and the requirements of its client. Where agreement is reached to work alternate hours, occupational health and safety principles will prevail. Proper health monitoring procedures will be introduced and suitable rosters clearly agreed prior to commencing work. Adequate supervision must always be provided. Matters on which agreement may be reached include:

  • HOURS OF WORK AND WORK SCHEDULES 22.01 Except for employees subject to a particular work schedule according to clause 22.10, the duration of the regular work week is established at thirty-five (35) hours generally worked between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Inspection of Work It is FIRST PARTY's obligation to make the work product available for CITY's inspections and periodic reviews upon request by CITY.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.
