Dismissal of School Resource Officer; Replacement. A. In the event the principal of the school to which the SRO is assigned feels that the particular SRO is not effectively performing his or her duties and responsibilities, the principal shall recommend to the Superintendent’s designee (The Chief of Sarasota School District Police) that the SRO be removed from the program at his/her school and shall state the reasons therefore in writing. Within a reasonable time after receiving the recommendation from the principal, the Superintendent or his/her designee (Chief of Sarasota School District Police) shall advise the Chief of North Port Police or his/her designee of the principal’s request. If the Chief of North Port Police so desires, the Superintendent and Chief of North Port Police, or their designees, shall meet with the SRO to mediate or resolve any problems which may exist. At such meeting specified members of the school’s staff may be required to be present. If, within a reasonable amount of time after commencement of such mediation, the problem cannot be resolved or mediated, or in the event mediation is not sought by the Chief of North Port Police, then the SRO shall be removed from the program at the school and a replacement shall be obtained.

Within a reasonable time after receiving the recommendation from the principal, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall advise the Chief or his/her designee of the principal’s request. If the Chief so desires, the Superintendent and Chief, or their designees, shall meet with the SRO to mediate or resolve any problems which may exist. In the event a principal of a school to which the SRO is assigned reasonably believes in the exercise of good faith judgment that the SRO is not effectively performing his or her duties or presents a danger to the safety of students or others, the principal shall make a report to the Kenton County Police Department SRO Coordinator and the Superintendent (and/or his Designee) to seek removal of an assigned SRO.

Within five working days of receiving the recommendation from the principal, the superintendent or his/her designee shall advise the Chief of the Borough Police Department of the principal's request. In the event the superintendent feels the school resource officer is not performing his or her duties effectively, the superintendent shall so advise the Chief of the Borough Police Department. If the Chief of the Borough Police Department so desires, the Superintendent and Chief of the Borough Police Department, shall meet with the school resource officer to mediate or attempt to resolve any problems which may exist. At such meeting, specified members of the staff of the school to which the school resource officer is assigned may be required to be present. If, within the five working days referenced above, the problem cannot be resolved or mediated or in the event mediation is not sought by the Chief of the Borough Police Department, then the school resource officer shall be removed and a replacement shall be obtained following the process set out in Article VI.

Within a reasonable amount of time from receipt of such recommendation, the Division Commander may meet with the SRO to mediate or resolve any problems that may exist. At such meeting, specified members of the staff of the school at which the SRO is assigned may be required to be present. If, within a reasonable amount of time after commencement of such mediation, the problem cannot be resolved or mediated or in the event mediation is not sought by the Division Commander, the SRO may be removed from the program and replacement obtained.

In the event that the Superintendent or designee, District Safety Director, and/or Principal(s) of the schools in the Pacific Grove Unified School DISTRICT believe the SRO is not effectively performing his/her duties and responsibilities, the Superintendent may recommend to the Police Commander of the Pacific Grove Police Department the police officer who is assigned as the SRO be removed from the program, and shall state the reasons therefore, in writing. The Commander shall, as soon as practical, notify the Chief of Police of his/her recommendation. The Chief of Police, and/or designee shall meet with the DISTRICT Superintendent or designee to mediate or resolve any problems which may exist. If, within a reasonable amount of time after the commencement of such meeting, the problem cannot be resolved, the police officer assigned to the SRO position shall be removed from the program.

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.
