Development Location. PDEX shall perform the Development Services at PDEX’s facilities in Santa Ana, California, Beaverton, Oregon, Carson City, Nevada or at such other facilities as PDEX may deem necessary. PDEX shall be responsible for providing, furnishing and utilizing PDEX’s or a Third Party’s facilities, equipment, tooling and materials necessary to carry out the objectives of this Agreement and to fulfill PDEX’s obligations under this Agreement. In addition, PDEX shall be responsible for all raw materials, components, shipping and outside services necessary to carry out the objectives of this Agreement that are not otherwise specifically assumed by MAKO.   • Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor. Contractor may terminate this Contract if, in its discretion, the environmental conditions in which any unit of Equipment is placed are not suitable for satisfactory performance, or if the new location is out of Contractor's ordinary operating area.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Business Locations Set forth on Schedule 6.20(a) is a list of all Real Properties located in the United States as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(b) is a list of all locations where any tangible personal property of a Consolidated Party is located as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(c) is the chief executive office, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation and principal place of business of each Consolidated Party as of the Closing Date.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.
