Determining Success and Analyzing Strategy Areas for Actions/Strategies and Outcomes. Once a community has developed its vision, a lengthy list of values and issues is usually developed. Municipalities must sort this information into categories. In this case grouping the issues and values into categories matching the four pillars of sustainability (environmental, economic social and economic) allows the municipality to develop the goals and actions. Once the issues have been identified and prioritized, the process of how to prepare the plan can begin. Municipalities will develop goals and actions/strategies based on the prioritized issues. Goals are the means by which the municipality will identify its vision, where as, the actions/strategies describe a range of activities that will be undertaken to meet sustainable planning objectives. Goals should be clear and easily understood and which include statements of action required to implement the ICSP. The actions/strategies are detailed tasks, policies, targets, etc., that are necessary to implement the ICSP. The lists of actions and/or strategies will vary between municipalities and depend on the kinds of issues addressed in the ICSP. Action/Strategies should be precise and contain specific initiatives, time schedules for implementation and a commitment to allocate time, money and human resources.   • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
