Delivery, supply. 7.1 When delivery has been agreed "ex works" (Incoterm EXW), the supplier is obliged to communicate his readiness for shipment and define the freight forwarder to be tasked in consultation with the contact address given on the order. The supplier is liable for additional costs that arise compared with the usual costs if a freight forwarder is tasked without the purchaser’s will, or against the purchaser’s will.
Delivery, supply. 5.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Goods will be delivered to the Customer from the Seller’s warehouse to the Customer's address nominated on the Order and packaged in accordance with the Seller's standard practice.
Delivery, supply. 9.1. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the terms of the Order within normal working hours. Delivery of Goods may also be made by the Client collecting the Goods at Supplier’s premises or the Sub-Contract Suppliers premises at any agreed time after Supplier has notified Client that the Goods are ready for collection or, if some other place for delivery is agreed by Supplier, by the Supplier delivering the Goods to that place. Any time scale given by Supplier for the completion of any contract are given in good faith and Supplier will not be liable for any failure to complete any design or delivery of Goods on a specified date and neither shall such failure be deemed to be a breach of contract. Goods may be delivered by the Supplier in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to Client and with Client agreement . The date(s) for delivery shall only commence upon full and final information from Client and the approval of Supplier’s information in writing by Client.
Delivery, supply. 5.1 The Supplier shall deliver Eyecom Images Products to the User in accordance with any specifications the Supplier provides in writing and, if the User so desires, install them at the then applicable rate.
Delivery, supply. Any times quoted for delivery and/or supply are estimates only and Baldico Food Service shall not be liable for failure to deliver/supply, or for delay in delivery/supply. The Customer shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods, by reason of any delay in delivery/supply or dispatch. Baldico Food Service reserves the right to stop supply at any time if the Customer fails to comply with the Terms.
