Place for Delivery definition

Place for Delivery means the place nominated in Schedule 1, for the delivery of the Goods.
Place for Delivery means the place so described in an RFQ or as otherwise directed by Essential Energy.
Place for Delivery means the place described as such in Schedule 1.

  • At least 7 days prior to the Contractor entering the Place for Delivery, the Contractor must submit to the Principal the Contractor’s Safety Management Plan.
