Deliveries/Loading/Unloading. All deliveries to the Premises and loading and unloading of goods shall be done only at the rear entrance(s) to the Premises, or as may be otherwise determined by Landlord from time to time.

Deliveries/Loading/Unloading. The Centre’s staff or College personnel will not be responsible for accepting deliveries for the Renter. All major loading and unloading for The Centre is to take place in the loading dock area. After loading and unloading, all vehicles must park in a designated area that is cleared by The Centre’s staff. All minor loading and unloading must be done using the side entrance to The Centre. (These are the double metal doors located on the west side and half way down the building.) After loading or unloading is complete, all vehicles must be moved to a designated parking area before the start of the event.
Deliveries/Loading/Unloading. All deliveries to the Units and loading and unloading of goods shall be done only at the rear entrance(s) to the Units, or as may be otherwise determined by the Association from time to time.
Deliveries/Loading/Unloading. All deliveries to the Premises and loading and unloading of goods shall be done only at such locations, in such manner and at such times as Landlord may designate from time to time. Beginning on the Commencement Date hereof and until otherwise notified by Landlord, Tenant shall make all deliveries to the Premises only during the hours of 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. unless otherwise approved by Landlord. To coordinate deliveries and use of dock space, Tenant is to submit a list of vendors, delivery schedule, and type/size of delivery vehicle to Landlord at least one month prior to opening. This list is to be kept up to date by Tenant. Delivery routes to be set by Landlord.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Deliveries (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered to each Purchaser the following:

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

  • Delivery Pressure Xxxxxx agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".

  • Testing-the-Waters Communications If at any time following the distribution of any Written Testing-the-Waters Communication there occurred or occurs an event or development as a result of which such Written Testing-the-Waters Communication included or would include an untrue statement of a material fact or omitted or would omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances existing at that subsequent time, not misleading, the Company shall promptly notify the Representative and shall promptly amend or supplement, at its own expense, such Written Testing-the-Waters Communication to eliminate or correct such untrue statement or omission.
