Delegation of Tasks. In compliance with the provisions of the UCITS Act and the UCITS Ordinance, the Management Company may delegate some of its tasks to third parties for the purpose of an efficient business management. The specifics of any such delegation will be set forth in an agreement between the Management Company and the relevant third party. The Management Company shall ensure that the selection of the delegate(s) shall be implemented with due care and diligence and appointment of the delegate shall be carried out by the Management Company acting independently. The Management Company shall monitor the performance of the service providers and the financial status of trading counterparties. The Management Company shall monitor the performance of any service provider appointed by it.
Delegation of Tasks. In compliance with the provisions of the AIFMG and AIFMV, the AIFM may delegate some of its tasks to third par- ties for the purpose of the efficient performance of its business. The specifics of any such delegation will be set forth in an agreement concluded between the AIFM and the agent/representative. Further information on the delegation of tasks, if available, can be found in the fund specific Appendix A "Over- view of Funds".
Delegation of Tasks. In certain circumstances, an Authority may delegate one or more of its tasks to a Delegated Authority, subject to the agreement of the latter. Delegation of tasks will not affect the responsibility of the delegating Authority including in applying the provisions of Article 14 on confidentiality and onward sharing of information.

Delegation of Tasks. The parties acknowledge that the professional staff nurse is responsible for determining to whom to delegate a task, based on patient assessment. As provided for in the Nurse Practice Act (RCW 18.88), a nurse may only delegate a task (including medication administration) to unlicensed personnel in situations where it can be performed safely and competently.
Delegation of Tasks. In accordance and compliance with the provisions of Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 the Official Agency may delegate a task or function to a third party subject to the agreement of the Authority.

As far as XXXX due to the role as MAH in the Territory has to fulfil Pharmacovigilance obligations in the Territory, the performance of these obligations is herewith, to the largest extent legally allowed, delegated to KANGZHE which accepts the delegation. This delegation in particular includes that KANGZHE will fulfil the Pharmacovigilance tasks of XXXX resulting from applicable laws in the Territory. KANGZHE warrants that it is familiar with the specific requirements of these laws and that it has sufficient Pharmacovigilance expertise and resources to properly perform these obligations. KANGZHE will closely follow the legislation and regulatory requirements on Pharmacovigilance in the Territory and will inform XXXX of any amendments and new requirements. Beyond the local tasks delegated to KANGZHE, XXXX remains responsible for the global Pharmacovigilance obligations pertaining to the Products.
