Day of Shift. A shift will be considered as worked on the calendar day on which it begins, unless mutually agreed otherwise. A shift that begins at midnight will be considered as the third (3rd) shift of the day before.

Article OVERTIME The regular straight time hourly pay means an employee’s standard hourly rate including any out-of-line differential, but does not include shift premiums, incentive bonuses or overtime premiums.
