No Duplication of Overtime Pay. There shall be no pyramiding or duplicating of overtime pay. Hours compensated for at overtime rates less than one provision of this Agreement shall be excluded as hours worked in computing overtime pay under any other provision.

No Duplication of Overtime Pay. Payment of overtime rates shall not be duplicated for the same hours worked. To the extent that hours are compensated for at an overtime rate under one provision of this Agreement, they shall not be counted as hours worked in determining overtime under the same or any other provision of this Agreement.

  • Computation of Overtime In computing overtime a period of thirty (30) minutes or less shall be counted as one-half (½) hour and a period of more than thirty (30) minutes but less than sixty (60) minutes shall be counted as one (1) hour.

  • Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.

  • Definition of Overtime All time worked in excess of forty (40) hours during any one (1) week shall be considered overtime. All overtime must be properly authorized by the Employer.

  • No Duplication of Payments The Company shall not be liable under this Agreement to make any payment in connection with any Claim made against Indemnitee to the extent Indemnitee has otherwise actually received payment (under any insurance policy, Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaw or otherwise) of the amounts otherwise indemnifiable hereunder.

  • No Duplication of Benefits For the avoidance of doubt, in no event will Executive be entitled to benefits under Section 4.4.3(i) and Section 4.4.3(ii). If Executive commences to receive benefits under Section 4.4.3(i) due to a qualifying termination prior to a Change in Control and thereafter becomes entitled to benefits under Section 4.4.3(ii), any benefits previously provided to Executive under Section 4.4.3(i) shall offset the benefits to be provided to Executive under Section 4.4.3(ii) and shall be deemed to have been provided to Executive pursuant to Section 4.4.3(ii).

  • No Duplication The remedies provided in this Article 8 shall not be duplicative of any remedy available under the indemnification provisions of the Purchase Agreement.

  • Distribution of Overtime Overtime shall be distributed as equally as feasible among qualified employees customarily performing the kind of work required, and currently assigned to the work unit in which the overtime is to be worked. When the assignment of overtime work causes an unusual burden upon the employee, the employee shall not be required to work overtime unless the absence would cause the Agency to be unable to meet its responsibilities.

  • COMPUTATION OF BACK WAGES No claim for back wages shall exceed the amount of wages the employee would otherwise have earned at the employee's regular rate less:

  • Overtime Payments (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.
