Before Starting Work. Design-Builder shall submit the following to the City for review and acceptance within ten (10) Days after City's issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and as a condition to payment:

Contractor shall submit the following to District for review and acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Date of Commencement fixed in District's Notice to Proceed, and as a condition to payment: (i) detailed Project Schedule including each deadline specified in the Contract Documents; (ii) Schedule of Submittals; (iii) material Procurement Schedule; and (iv) a Schedule of Values in accordance with the requirements of the General Conditions and other Contract Documents.

(a) Within five (5) days after execution of the Agreement, Contractor will (i) submit to City and the Program Manager, for approval, an estimated progress schedule indicating the starting and completion dates of the various stages of the Work and (ii) meet with the City and Program Manager for a preconstruction conference.
