Data Re-Use. Vendor agrees that any and all data exchanged shall be used expressly and solely for the purpose enumerated in the Agreement. Data shall not be distributed, repurposed or shaped across other applications, environments, or business units of Vendor. Vendor further agrees that no FIU data of any kind shall be transmitted, exchanged or otherwise passed to other vendors or interested Parties except on a case-by-case basis as specifically agreed to in writing in advance by FIU;

Data Re-Use. The User understands and agrees that they may not reuse original or derivative data files without prior written approval from the CMS signatory in section 20 below.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that Contractor may use and exchange Confidential Information for purposes related to managing the healthcare needs of Enrollees, including quality improvement initiatives, health care operations, utilization management, and other Enrollee health management purposes.

Any other transmission or exchange of MCSB data is only permitted on a case- by-case basis as specifically agreed to in writing by an MCSB officer with designated data, security, or signature authority.
Data Re-Use. Unless otherwise specifically authorized by PCEA by writing and in advance of such use, Contractor shall not use any PCEA data for any purpose other than those required or specifically permitted by the Agreement.

Data Re-Use. NJIT agrees that any and all NJDOH data exchanged shall be used expressly and solely for the purposes enumerated in this MOA and this Attachment. NJDOH data shall not be distributed, repurposed or shared across other applications, environments, or business units of NJIT.
