Data Re-Use. The Contractor shall ensure that any and all Confidential Data exchanged shall be used expressly and solely for the purposes of fulfilling this Contract and other purposes as required or permitted by law. Confidential Data shall not be distributed, repurposed or shaped across other applications, environments, or business units of the Contractor. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Contractor may use and exchange Confidential Information for purposes related to managing the healthcare needs of Enrollees, including quality improvement initiatives, health care operations, utilization management, and other Enrollee health management purposes.
