Other Applications. Afterwards, without limiting the scope of application of paragraphs a) and b) of this clause, before hiring any other professor for a position or teaching load in the regular program, the College shall consider the following applications, which must be submitted in writing within the time frame provided for in the collective agreement: − a full-time non-tenured professor at the College during the previous teaching year; − an hourly paid professor at the College; − a professor employed by the College who wishes to change subject; − a professor from another college.

Other Applications a. Focus may offer or recommend applications or services developed by third parties to be used in conjunction with TimeTrak. Focus makes no warranties in relation to any such third-party applications.

Other Applications. (a) Other applications or services may be developed by third parties to be used in conjunction with the Software (‘Other Applications’). We make no warranties in relation to any such Other Application, regardless of whether that Other Application is provided by an MYOB Greentree Partner or is otherwise recommended by us.
Other Applications. Applications of Licensed Products which are not Covered Applications or Excluded Applications. As provided in this Agreement Other Applications may be modified from time to time.
Other Applications. The Platform may (but we are not required to) enable your access to third party websites and applications (“Other Applications”). We do not control Other Applications. You are solely responsible for your use of the Other Applications, including compliance with all terms, rules and policies with respect to such Other Applications. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for Other Applications, including any inability or failure to enable access to Other Applications from the Platform. If you decide to leave the Platform and access Other Applications, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any site to which you navigate from the Platform.
Other Applications. During the [***] period following the Notice Date, Corixa will not make an initial offer to any third party of any technology in the field of ex vivo cell therapy for applications other than [***] applications on terms which are, on balance, more favorable to such third party then the terms rejected by CellPro under Section 4.1. If, however, Corixa accepts a proposal made by a third party or modifies a proposal made to a third party in response to good faith negotiations with such third party, Corixa is not obligated to offer such technology to CellPro prior to entering into the arrangement with the third party.
Other Applications. 2. Section 8.D.3 shall apply to compensation in the event the vacancy involves a promotion. Former employees, who have been off the Facility payroll for less than one (1) year and who have not been discharged for cause by the Facility, and who have not resigned without giving two (2) weeks’ notice unless the same is waived, will have their applications for posted jobs considered before other external applicants, provided that they meet the qualifications for the posted job and have a prior record of satisfactory performance at the Facility.
Other Applications. Licensee Fees for Reactors incorporated or integrated into Nano Reactor Units that will be operated in connection with Other Applications at Facilities will be published from time to time by Licensor in its license fee and price lists.
