Court Jurisdiction. This Agreement is enforceable and binding, and may be enforced by a court proceeding or by any other procedure permitted by law. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are admissible and subject to disclosure for purposes of enforcing this Agreement pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or any other proceeding permitted by law. The terms of this paragraph prevail over any contrary provisions in this Agreement.
Court Jurisdiction. Only the Courts at Faisalabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate upon any “lis” brought by either of the parties in relation to the contract.’

Court Jurisdiction. The parties hereby agree that any suit, action or proceeding seeking (i) to enforce an arbitration award rendered pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.1.1 or (ii) to obtain or enforce any equitable remedy pursuant to Section 10.1.3 shall be brought in the California Superior Court for the County of San Francisco County or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, as applicable under California and U.S. federal law, and that any cause of action arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have arisen from a transaction of business in the State of California. Each of the parties hereby irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such court (and of the appropriate appellate courts therefrom) in any such suit, action or proceeding and irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection that it may now or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding in any such court or that any such suit, action or proceeding that is brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum. Service of process, summons, notices or other documents by registered mail shall be effective service of process for any suit, action or other proceeding brought in any such court.
Court Jurisdiction. Upon the execution hereof, the parties will file this Agreement with the Court. Upon approval thereof, the Court will have continuing jurisdiction to resolve any and all disputes that may arise under this Agreement.
Court Jurisdiction. 8.13.1 Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any other Finance Document which is expressed to be governed by the law of the State of New York, including a dispute regarding the existence, validity, breach or termination of any such document, shall, at the option of FMO, be brought in the federal courts of the United States, of America located in the Southern District of New York or in any other courts having jurisdiction. The Borrower irrevocably submits for itself and its property, to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the State of New York sitting in New York County and of the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York, and any relevant appellate court, in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any Finance Document which is expressed to be governed by the law of the State of New York, or for recognition or enforcement of any judgment, and each party hereto irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that all claims in respect of any such action or proceeding may be heard and determined in such New York State court, or, to the extent permitted by law, in such Federal Court. Final judgment against, the Borrower in any such action, suit or proceeding shall be conclusive and may be enforced in any other jurisdiction, including the Country, by suit on the judgment, a certified or exemplified copy of which shall be conclusive evidence of the judgment, or in any other manner provided by law.
Court Jurisdiction. For the purpose of all legal proceedings this Agreement shall be deemed to have been performed in the State of California. The Corporation and the Consultant each hereby attorns to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California and all courts competent to hear appeals therefrom.
Court Jurisdiction. The Traveller and the Agency will aim to settle possible law suits in the application of this Agreement and if an agreement cannot be reached the issue will become subject to the decision of the Dubrovnik Court jurisdiction, under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Court Jurisdiction. The Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench and the Manitoba Court of Appeal for the resolution of disputes which the Parties do not agree to arbitrate pursuant to Section 12.1 hereof and for the appeal, application to set aside or other reconsideration of an arbitral decision with respect to the Tariff or any Service Agreement or other agreement under the Tariff.
Court Jurisdiction. In the event the AAA refuses to administer a Claim, the parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such Claim shall be either the Twenty-Second Judicial District Court for the Parish of St. Tammany, State of Louisiana, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. The parties expressly consent to, and irrevocably and unconditionally waive any objection to, exclusive jurisdiction and venue in either of said forums. IF THE CLAIM IS SUBMITTED TO LITIGATION UNDER THIS PARAGRAPH, THE PARTIES AGREE AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUCH PROCEEDING.
