Being approximately 9.951 acres of land, out of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mask Survey, Abstract No. 1041, City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, , conveyed to the City of Arlington by Agreed Final Judgment, as recorded in Volume 15081, Page 322, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.

Upon approval of the Agreed Final Judgment by the Court, Daylight may withdraw the Thirty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($39,130.00) plus any interest (if accrued) on deposit with the Vanderburgh County Clerk.
