Continuing Jurisdiction Sample Clauses

Continuing Jurisdiction. The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the interpretation, effectuation, and implementation of this Settlement Agreement.

Continuing Jurisdiction. In order to enable the Court to grant specific enforcement or other equitable relief in connection with this Agreement, (a) the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Court for purposes of enforcing this Agreement, and (b) each party to this Agreement expressly waives any contention that there is an adequate remedy at law or any like doctrine that might otherwise preclude injunctive relief to enforce this Agreement.

Continuing Jurisdiction. Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the attorneys representing the parties hereto will execute a stipulation of dismissal substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit C (the “Stipulation of Dismissal”). The parties hereto expressly agree that said Stipulation of Dismissal shall not be filed, but shall be held in escrow by counsel for RCP, until such time that Company has fully complied with all of its obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement and Stipulation. Continuing Jurisdiction. After entry of the Judgment, the Court shall have continuing jurisdiction over the Action solely for purposes of (i) enforcing this Agreement, (ii) addressing settlement administration matters, and (iii) addressing such post-Judgment matters as may be appropriate under court rules or applicable law.

Continuing Jurisdiction. The Parties shall request that the Court retain jurisdiction over the interpretation and implementation of this Agreement as well as any and all matters arising out of, or related to, the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement.

Any disputes or controversies arising out of, or related to, the interpretation, implementation, administration, and enforcement of this Settlement Agreement will be made by motion to the Court. Continuing Jurisdiction. The Court shall retain exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over this Agreement and over all Parties and Settlement Class Members to interpret, effectuate, enforce, and implement this Agreement. The Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes involving this Agreement, subject to the dispute resolution mechanism set forth in Paragraph 4.04 above.
