Court of Jurisdiction. Both DBS and the Member agree that the Tokyo District Court will be the exclusive court of jurisdiction in the first instance in any dispute and/ or legal action relating to the rights and obligations under this Agreement or an Individual Contract. Court of Jurisdiction. The Cardholder agrees, except as otherwise provided by law (including but not limited to Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act, Article 436-9 of Taiwan Code of Civil Procedure, or other provisions of exclusive jurisdiction), disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
Court of Jurisdiction. Any dispute or disagreement, including but not limiting to anything that refers to or is connected to the interpretation of the Agreement, its validity or invalidity, its termination or whether a Party has fulfilled its obligations as per the Agreement, that cannot be solved through good will negotiations of the parties shall be solved by the court of jurisdiction in the place of the conclusion of this Agreement.
Court of Jurisdiction. If litigation arises from this Contract, the Post and the Customer agree that any disputes in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the district court where governs the headquarter of the Post or the Contract was executed as the court of first instance trial. However, the application of Article 47 of Consumer Protection Act or Article 436-9 of the Code of Civil Procedure on small claim court may not be excluded.
