Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance. 14.1 The parties do not intend any term of this Agreement to be enforceable by any person who is not a party to this Agreement pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623), and the parties agree that this Agreement shall be excluded from the application of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623).
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance. The parties declare that nothing in this Agreement confers or purports to confer on any third party any benefit or any right to enforce any term of this Agreement pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623).

The application of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance is expressly excluded and no person who is not a party to this contract shall be entitled to enforce any right or term of this contract pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance.

Unless expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, a person who is not a Party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any term of this Agreement, the consent of any person who is not a Party is not required to rescind or vary this Agreement at any time.
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance. 29.1 No person other than the parties to this Agreement and the Indemnified Persons solely for the purposes of Clause 13 shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce or copy the benefit of any provision of this Agreement

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance. 4.1 The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) shall not apply to this Deed and unless specifically herein provided no person other than the Parties shall have any rights under it nor shall it be enforceable by any person other than the Parties.
